Adder in bramble
This is a hand carved sculpture from Portland limestone. It depicts an adder, Vipera berus, curled within a blackberry bramble. It was created as part of a series of 14 artworks celebrating local heritage and biodiversity, now permanently installed in a new development in Hove in the UK.
