Intermediairies #4

The Intermediaries sculpture series was born from research around the concept of ornaments that provide pleasure. This reflection is based on the work of art historian Oleg Grabar and on his theory of the ornament as a channel between viewer and work of art. "The object is no longer a thing, but an emotion, a passion, an idea." In his work, Matéo Crémades explores this transformation of the ordinary into the extraordinary, from the object to the work of art.
