This freestanding blown glass sculpture from the Fluid Topographies series is sand carved and mirrored with silver nitrate, forming a rippling surface of warm metallic tones. Raised and recessed contours reflect the use of custom metal tools, which act like fingers to shape the glass from within through repeated heat and pressure.
