Into the Sensuousness

This sculpture is made from stoneware clay. Some elements were shaped using moulds, while the rest were hand built. The glaze on the body was developed by the artist using a custom formula and fired at 1230°C. The work is inspired by haptic sensations and emotional responses, exploring the tactile as a pathway to feeling.
