Rocky Sky Santoku

Made entirely in Korben Bloomfield's workshop, this wrought iron sanmai santoku has a quiet character shaped by its materials and craftsmanship. The blue patina offers a layer of protection against rust, while the ApexUltra carbon steel cutting edge ensures excellent performance and edge retention. It is finished with a removable, heirloom-fit handle made from blue-dyed, stabilised horse chestnut.
