One day, a tree

This centuries-old Aleppo pine is staged here as a lacy dome that captures the light and shelters a few colourful birds. It is handmade with a scalpel from two assembled sheets of paper. Situated between two glasses, the raw oak rod contains a removable base, held in place by an invisible hook system.
