Cliff

This ceramic sculpture is inspired by Icelandic cliffs and crafted using the slab technique. Volcanic minerals are mixed with the clay, and the surfaces are worked to evoke tectonic movements. The piece underwent three firings in a gas kiln at 1300°C to achieve the black, yellow, green, white and bluish tones.
