This colossal creature from Terra Ultima resembles a gorilla with the tusks of a walrus. The large-scale, highly detailed iconotype is carefully layered with watercolour and acrylic paint. The underground is paper mounted on a panel. The artwork features a striking contrast of black and white with subtle green detail in the creature’s grasp.
