Marquetry floor, Sacristy of Santiago de Compostela Cathedral

This solid wood panelling is composed of multiple tiles crafted from oak, mahogany and walnut, and featuring 125 cuts and 32 joins. Each tile forms part of a set of 50 pieces, fitted together and protected with a special treatment to ensure durability and resistance.
