Rising
Massimiliano Guerrisi believes that our responsibility is to go beyond what has been handed down to us by previous generations, in culture and in art. This yearning for overcoming is represented by the sculpture Rising which is made of carved jesmonite and bronze patina. A new version of a man emerges from the previous one, not without pain, as in birth.
