Balerion
This is a crown-brooch inspired by Balerion, the Black Dread, from the book Fire and Blood. Created with gilt wires and threads, leather, and hand-dyed cotton fabric, it stylises dragon wings, teeth, talons, and crests in a symmetrical design. Sabina drew inspiration from the fantasy world of House of the Dragon to evoke the power and majesty of King Aegon I Targaryen’s conquests.
