Tezukuri chef’s knife

This chef’s knife is inspired by a Japanese aesthetic. Nicolò Collini designed the shape, sharpened the blade with a satin finish, and crafted a unique handle from a combination of wenge and ash wood. It was designed to be the most versatile knife in the kitchen.
