Cake knife

The cake knife is a specialised tool with a smooth edge. Silvano Collini collaborated with the customer to design its unique shape. He meticulously hand-forged the blade, achieving a mirror finish, and then honed it to perfection. The handle, crafted from white camel bone known for its velvety softness, adds a luxurious touch to the knife.
