This façade in the town of Mataró is created using the sgraffito stucco technique. This involves the overlay of multiple layers over two days of work. In this heritage façade, it was necessary to reproduce the original stucco due to significant erosion affecting the entire surface. However, the cornices and finial of the building, made of artificial stone, were able to be preserved.
