This is a wall-mounted brass sculpture adorned with intricate carvings and a white patina. It evokes the fossilised form of a coveted high jewellery necklace. Co-created with the formicidae family of insects, its lines intertwine with nature's design, denouncing vanity and formalism while questioning its origin and preciousness. The patina was made by Bruno Altmayer-Henzien in Saint-Denis, France.
