Handmade from linen cord and natural jute fibre, this batik wall hanging by Ikram Maymouni is both simple and meticulous in its production. The tapestry is made of linen cords wrapped around 22 jute cords with the same knot. The wooden frame holding the strings is made from sustainable pine.
