Kioke stool

These bath stools are a collaboration between Shuji Nakagawa and Thomas Lykke from the OEO studio, as part of a project promoting Japanese craftsmanship. The foot of the stool is hollow on the inside, and the seal has been attached using metal nails. The darker stool is made from cedar, while the lighter one from cypress.
