Crystallization vase, petrol blue

This vase was made on the potter's wheel and has a stylised shape, a rounded body and an elongated neck. The piece is made of stoneware and after a first firing at 1,000ºC, it went through a zinc crystallisation glaze and a reduction process to remove the oxygen. The final result is a piece with a blue background and silver-coloured natural crystals in different areas of the piece.
