Golden Fretless

This fretless bass was built in a revolutionary way. Free of any knobs, pick-up or tuners on the front, all is rear mounted. The fingerboard goes from the head to the very end of the bass. Through that construction the player has access to the very end of the string and enormous sustain. Maple, alder and ebony wood, covered with real gold leaf and acid treated give a rusty, industrial feel. This item works as a bass as well as a sculpture.
