Dushegreya

The Dushegreya was completely handcrafted using different sorts of textiles like velvet, satin ribbon and golden lace as well as sequins and gold embroidery on cardboard. It is a replica of a traditional sleeveless jacket from the 19th century worn by women of the Nizhny Novgorod Governorate. This embroidered masterpiece required two years of work.
