New classic

The base form of this vase was shaped on a potter's wheel and classical modelled elements were then applied by hand onto the vase. This vase was created for one of Antoinetta' solo exhibitions entitled FREE STILE in which classical elements were used and reinterpreted in a contemporary manner. Following two initial firings, gold glaze was applied to the vase with a brush and the vase fired for a third and last time at 680C.
