Voltaic Spring

This vase is one of a series of four triangular vessels representing the four seasons, an environment threatened by global warming. The colours and geometric patterns of each vessel reflect the mood of each season. Global warming is symbolised by the dynamic application of overlapping colours. The vase is composed of several layers of float glass, painted, fused, slumped and polished.
