Die Baumbank (High Desk)

The desk was carved from a single piece of beechwood, hand-cut, charred black and finished by polishing. Kaspar wants to make pieces that can be used and that encourage the user to interact with the medium, in the hope of reviving the declining relationship between people and natural materials.
