Cuban table
The bespoke structure of this table, designed not to have legs at the corners, is made of folded and welded steel. The patina is made of sprayed pigments and then varnished. The top is made of panels of medium wood and is covered with inlaid rye straw, which is tinted, sanded and varnished. A 6-coat matt polyurethane varnish protects the marquetry. A slight variation in colour can be seen on one of the marquetry elements.
