This piece of furniture was designed by Jérôme Faillant Dumas and his studio, Love Éditions. This curiosity cabinet is made in glossy red lacquered medium with two drawers and a shelf. The marquetry is in rye straw, using the Cercus technique, and represents a weft inspired by tweed, with shimmering reflections in tinted brass grey. A matt polyurethane varnish finish protects the marquetry. Bronze elements have been inlaid in the doors. The base and handles are in solid bronze.
