Traforata

This is an entirely hand carved frame and it is characterized by a symmetrical carving and decorated with 24 carat gold leaf. Before moving on to the gilding, more layers of clay lands are laid out with the aim of improving the burnishing and giving a basic chromatic effect to the gold.
