CALEO | Predessert

The purpose of the project was to design a collection of tableware based on the current gastronomy trends and exploring the installation possibilities of various dessert types. The design method introduces form innovations, using the latest confectionery technologies. Fruzsina Fülöp's goal was to create a collection that specifically matches the programmes of gastronomic competitions and fine-dining events.
