Folkrock electric violin

This five-string electric violin was made by Ingars Rancevičs, designed by Laura Saukane, and the electronics made by Nikolajs Savinovs. The body is designed as an acoustic violin, only with a smaller area. Thus, the electric sound is very close to the natural sound of the violin. The violin was presented at the exhibition Building Musical Instruments in Latvia in 2018.
