Horizon. Cabo Sardão

This handwoven canvas and painting, part of Marta Pokojowczyk's Horizons series, is based on a Portuguese landscape. The warp is handwoven on a loom and partially dyed with acrylic textile paint. Each step of the creation process is connected with building and exploring the nature of colour as well as the structure of the fabric.
