Teabowls

A collection of glass teabowls in misty grey, indigo, copper tint and fuchsia. The pieces are made using kiln casting techniques and hand finished. They are both functional and ornamental. These teabowls were developed after returning from a three month ceramic residency in Taiwan. The work draws upon the rich culture of the tea ceremony. The colours and forms echo the fauna along wild mountain trails.
