Striped and fluted landscape pots

The flowing movement of the waves and the shape of windswept trees inspired these elegant fluted landscape vessels. They are hand-built with coils of clay and smoothed and burnished with a beach pebble. They have a vibrant yellow or turquoise crackle glaze on the inside with a contrasting silky-smooth surface on the outside which is glazed using the naked raku technique.
