Möbius Console in Padauk

Pierre Renart's Möbius Console was designed in 2013, inspired by the Möbius strip, a non-orientable surface. As such, the console is designed as a ribbon of wood curling over itself ad infinitum. In December 2019, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris acquired a model in American walnut. In October 2020, the Mobilier National acquired this version in exotic Padauk.
