This white porcelain bowl has gold leaf kintsugi-like scars. Working with very thin slabs of clay gives a delicate look and a lightweight feel to every bowl. They are partially glazed, and fired twice to 1,255°C. This Kintsugi is an adaptation of the original Japanese technique, made with 22-karat gold leaf on resin to treat every bowl that comes out broken or damaged from the studio's kiln.
