This portable dining table is inspired by the traditional Korean soban, a small floor table used for meals but more commonly used for tea and snacks. It was created by bonding the “leg” portion, a single sheet of copper plate angled at regular intervals, to a circular top. The kettle is also made of copper and is characterised by creating detail and depth by hammering the body hundreds of times.
