Kingfisher pendant

This double-sided kingfisher medallion is made from 925 silver. A high relief figure of the bird is placed on the front and covered with oxidated silver, which gives it a steel-grey shade. Right behind the bird there are hand-cut waves of water and blue sky. A similar colour, with a bit of turquoise, was placed on the reverse decorated with waves made of thin wires. The pendant layers are connected with rivets.
