Nicholas Bion celestial globe
This celestial globe was originally made by Nicholas Bion, a prominent 18th-century Parisian instrument maker and publisher who was also a keen astronomer. Coloured by hand and gently aged, it is presented on a turned wooden stand with an ebonised finish.
