Momento Flori

This is a large sculptural headpiece that is moulded from clear acrylic and inspired by a Renaissance ruff. The headpiece is formed from 22 individual curved pieces of clear acrylic which are laser engraved and pierced with decorative lace-like patterns and joined to form a scalloped ring. At the centre is a smaller overlaid ring with gold leaf detailing, forming the head fitting. All the elements are held together with gold-plated wire pins and secured with white crystal pearls.
