The ceramic artist Daniel Leș invites you in his workshop to discover the secrets of pottery and the local traditions. Living in Maramureș, one of the most beautiful regions in Romania, he uses ancient techniques from the Dacian times, working only with clay, water and fire. The master will show you how to make a vessel on the potter's wheel and tell you about the other stages it will go through in the making process. You will be able to compare the object with similar works that can be found in his studio, whether they are already dry or burned. Visitors will be offered small presents and can buy souvenirs. In order to attend a demonstration, registering in advance is essential.
