In Dimitri Turcott’s workshop you have the opportunity to make your very own knife. First, you will spend time designing your knife and then the knifemaker will guide you through the creation process. You can choose the stock removal technique, resulting in a polished looking knife with a lot of control over the end result, or you can choose the forging technique which is a lot of hard work and results in a rougher looking knife. Both techniques result in knives of equal quality and performance.
