This masterclass is especially popular with the younger visitors to the manufacturer. During the workshop you will create a traditional Gzhel hedgehog figurine of your own making under the guidance of the experienced artisans from the manufactory. In the class you will learn the clay moulding technique that is used at the manufactory. Filling the moulds with the clay may seem an easy task but removing parts of the future figurine during the demoulding process without any breaks and turning them into a whole object is a challenge. Your work will be subsequently glazed and fired. You can take to figurine with you and decorate it at home.
