Visit a porcelain manufacturer in Limoges

The Fondation d’entreprise Bernardaud has worked since the beginning to bring a cultural dimension to its porcelain factory. A guided tour of the factory (built in 1863) takes visitors through the original workshops and presents each step of porcelain production, from raw material to finished product. On the interactive side, there is a demonstration and an introduction to manufacturing and decorating techniques. In addition, every summer the foundation holds a themed exhibition to present a broad range of contemporary ceramic works, never before exhibited in France, by international artists seldom shown in the country.
