Encarna Soler says that one of her main aspirations in the future is to have a smaller table so she can continue making chawans, the bowls used for the tea ceremony, and chaires, the small boxes for preserving it in powdered form. In her gallery, located in the idyllic town of Benissa, Encarna teaches beginners and advanced practitioners the techniques to create these ancient pottery pieces in the traditional way, knowing that they are helpful to nourish the soul and the spirit. Participants acquire the theory and practice and learn to meditate during the process.
