Interwoven, a Homo Faber Capsule, Voting Initiative Terms & Conditions

1. INTERWOVEN, A HOMO FABER CAPSULE VOTING INIATIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating in Interwoven a Homo Faber Capsule Voting initiative, hereon referred to as the “voting initiative”, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The voting initiative is organized by Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship (“Michelangelo Foundation”) hereon referred to as the “Foundation”.


2. ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE

The voting for the voting initiative is open to general visitors, attending Interwoven a Homo Faber Capsule and Homo Faber mobile app users. Voting will be open exclusively through the Homo Faber mobile Application from October 22nd, 2025 to November 23rd, 2025.

The mobile application's newest version must be downloaded on the Google Store or App Store to access the voting process on the E-catalogue page of each object. Each visitor must create a Homo Faber Account or log in to his/her/their Homo Faber Account to be able to vote. QR codes displayed on the exhibited object cartel will allow the voters to access the object’s e-catalogue page.

To thank every voter, a high-quality picture will be offered and directly available on the account of the app.

Voting times may be subject to change.

The voter can vote for several objects but a single vote per exhibited object will be valid, and repeated entries by any single individual will be removed. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time and the eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of the Foundation.


3. ADJUDICATION OF VOTES

Votes will be adjudicated internally by a specialized team at the Michelangelo Foundation. The tally will be confidential and revealed exclusively at the end of Interwoven, a Homo Faber Capsule. The Foundation reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.

a) The Foundation is not liable for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the internet connectivity or line, system, server, provider, or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.

b) The Foundation’s decision concerning all matters affecting the Vote is final.

c) In the event of a dispute or tie or if for any other reason, the Foundation deems it necessary or appropriate, the right is reserved to make the final determination as to which of the nominees will be declared the winner of the Voting initiative.

d) In the event of a dispute or tie or if for any other reason, the Foundation deems it necessary or appropriate, the right is reserved to the Foundation to suspend the Voting initiative project and/or cancel it.

The voting initiative is a courtesy of the Foundation and does not grant any right of whatsoever nature to any participant.


4. RIGHTS AND LICENCE

By casting their vote in the voting initiative, participants grant the Michelangelo Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, and display the submitted data representing them in any manner for promotional and marketing purposes (including photography and video) related to Interwoven, a Homo Faber Capsule.


5. ONE WINNING ARTISAN

The artisan or duo of artisans who created the object receiving the most votes through the Homo Faber mobile application will be widely promoted and celebrated on social media via the Michelangelo Foundation platforms.

No additional reward.


6. DATA PROTECTION

By participating in the voting initiative, you agree to the Foundation’s privacy policy that you will find hereunder:

In addition, by participating hereunder you agree that your personal data may be shared with the Foundation partners and public for promotion of your objects selected for Interwoven, a Homo Faber Capsule. Any personal data collected will be used solely in connection with current Swiss data protection legislation.


7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed under Swiss law. Any dispute that will not be solved amicably will be of the exclusive competence of the Court of Geneva Switzerland.


8. MISCELLANEOUS

The Foundation reserves the right to modify the present T&C at any time without prior notice. The Applicants confirm to have read the present T&C and to agree with them.
