Parisian interior design and architecture firm Pinto creates tableware, furniture and limited edition pieces that blend theatrical poise with expressive detail. Led by owner and creative director Fahed Hariri and artistic director Pietro Scaglione, the firm comprises a group of designers, architects and master decorators focused on collectible design in residential and hospitality settings including aviation and yachting. At Pinto, objects, furniture and art interact in an evolving and experimental playground to tell a refined modern story about design.

Part of a furniture collection exploring the theme of braiding, as inspired by nomadic raffia rugs, the piece presented at Homo Faber 2026 is a cast bronze candlestick. The collection, which also includes tables, a console and a mirror, returns to the age-old act of weaving to replace drawing, using prototypes to create free form shapes that are then cast in bronze. The inherent fragility of the pieces is preserved during the casting process, which is carried out by the artisans of the Fonderie de Coubertin and the Ateliers Saint-Jacques.
