Gather Glass was founded during the pandemic by Phoebe Stubbs, a glassmaker and designer with over 17 years of experience. The concept behind the atelier was born from her desire to share her passion for glassmaking and its role in reconnecting friends over shared meals. This inspiration led to Gather Glass' first collection, The Miami Collection, a series of jugs and vessels in radiant, sunshine-inspired hues designed to celebrate the joy of social gatherings.
Anchored in the history and time-honoured techniques of glassmaking, Gather Glass creates contemporary glassware which combines traditional craftsmanship with striking design. Their collections often reimagine traditional or antique glassware, using vibrant colour and form to create distinctive, modern pieces. Every piece is handmade in London, at the workshop’s large electric furnace, reflecting their commitment to reducing the use of fossil fuels.
