Bottega COSTANTINI

Porcelain decorating

Laveno-Mombello, Italy

An art of embellished porcelain

Bottega COSTANTINI is a historic ceramics and porcelain workshop founded in Laveno-Mobello, near Varese, by Marco Costantini in 1966. Marco served as master engraver Società Ceramica Italiana, one of Italy’s oldest ceramic manufacturers, before passing the workshop to his daughter Lena and her husband, Franco Toci. Today, the atelier is directed by Marco's granddaughter Serena, combining generations of family expertise in transfer printing, hand painting and gold engraving to create unique tableware and home objects.

Over the decades, creations from Bottega COSTANTINI have been featured in different exhibitions and earned numerous awards across Italy and internationally. The workshop is recognised for its mastery in ceramic decoration, particularly its custom pure-gold engravings on fine porcelain.
