Esposto in AN ATELIER ALIVE
Vegetable
This wall panel by Loumi Le Floc'h was created from whole aubergine skins, assembled one by one using only water. The deep and diverse hues, from red to deep blue, were obtained through controlled chemical reactions. Inspired by the Japanese legend of Hatsuyume, where dreaming of Mount Fuji, a falcon and an aubergine signifies good fortune, the work translates cultural storytelling into an abstract composition.
