Birkirkara
Outside of Valletta is Malta’s second largest city Birkirkara. While it is known for its churches and major Catholic celebration Festa, during which the city adorns itself in confetti, balloons and statues of patron saints, Birkirkara also boasts numerous workshops of ceramicists and jewellery makers.
