Choro-gwanju brushes

In this series of brushes, some are made from plant-based materials through steaming and drying the material at least ten times, before hammering it more than 5,000 times. There are also some brushes made from animal hair and these are created by removing the natural oil over the course of a year by pressing the hair repeatedly with a stone. The brush handles are made from peach seeds or bamboo.
