Inspired by Japanese culture, these objects evoke a meditative teatime. Laurette Broll applied a technique known as kurinuki to carve the flower from a block of clay, much like wood sculpting. The pieces are the Hollow Bowl 03, Sakura flower dish and Hem plate, all from the French collection.
